Competition time!

Today the weather is just showing off, after a weekend of rain and just plain lie in bed weather, Monday explodes to life with this, a 20 something degree day with not a cloud in the sky. This has made me think deep thoughts about weather, climate and the pansy brits. Over the last 3 months and 4 days that I have lived in this city, I have been rained upon exactly 4 times, given I do work in doors all day, although I do habitually sit for hours in saunas, and sleep under multiple layers, since I arrived there has been relatively little to moan about... The brits complain bitterly, I speak of beautiful south African days spent on the beach and they speak about removing sharp objects from around the house... it is a little overboard to say the least... This has lead me to my new thought

Competition time!

To celebrate this blogs 3rd month birthday and the 1500th visit which happened yesterday, it is time to leverage this audience.
Many have noticed that due to an unfortunate incident with my camera there has been a shortage of pictures...

So here’s the plan, over the next month send me an email with your bestest picture of your local weather slash scenery, and for each country there will be a winner, photographs will be judged by the usual performance indicators... which have yet to be determined... In other news the prize to the very best photo, will be a post card from yours truly, just for you, perhaps with a picture of me and little Richard congratulating you. The best photo from each country will be posted on the blog... keep em clean, keep em awesome and do it for the honour and glory.

Small print: applications are limited to three photos each, email photos to richdevilears@gmail.com I have the right to vito unrad photos from the competition.
